Application:

JLOX-500 series molecular sieve is mainly used in PSA oxygen generators for the generation of high purity oxygen with the advantages of faster adsorption rate, higher oxygen production rate, and longer useful life. It is the substitute of 5A (CaA) type molecular sieve.

LITHIUM MOLECULAR SIEVE

JLOX-100 series oxygen enrichment molecular sieve are the lithium form aluminosilicate with X type crystal structure. Compared with JLOX-500 series molecular sieves, JLOX-100 series molecular sieves have better nitrogen and oxygen separation coefficient and adsorption performance. And JLOX-100 series molecular sieves have a specially developed and designed molecular sieve for oxygen production from the air with an international advanced level.

Application:

JLOX-100 series oxygen enrichment molecular sieve is mainly used in PSA oxygen concentrator device, with the characteristics of higher N2 adsorption capacity and N2 with 02 selectivity, easy desorption and etc. Its N2  adsorption capacity is 2-3 times larger than A-type oxygen enrichment molecular sieve, while the 02 and N2 selectivity is about twice of A type oxygen enrichment molecular sieve, at the same time, it has good wear resistance and longer service life. So, it can significantly increase the economic benefits of oxygen production by lowering operating costs and energy consumption.

Both JLOX-101(A) and JLOX-501(A)have a high nitrogen capacity and superior nitrogen/oxygen selectivity compared to equivalent products in the market that result in the use of significantly less material relative to other molecular sieve adsorbents without sacrificing oxygen throughput or purity.

The project uses 4 sets of pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generators in parallel. The single set of device is designed to produce 7500Nm3/h of oxygen and 80% oxygen purity. It is filled with our company (Luoyang Jalon Micro Nano New Materials Co., Ltd.) JLOX-103 lithium-type high-efficiency oxygen molecular sieve is 68 tons, the actual oxygen output reaches 7650Nm3/h, and the oxygen concentration is above 82.3%. The 4 sets of equipment in this project are filled with 272 tons of our JLOX-103 oxygen molecular sieve, with a total oxygen production of more than 30000Nm3/h.
