Project Overview:
Installed and put into use in 2012, Glencore’s Southeast Asian Subsidiary’s VPSA-2 equipment has a capacity of 4,000 N3/h and a design oxygen purity of 89% to 91%. Since October 2018, VPSA-2 oxygen purity has gradually declined from 89% to 37.7%.
Jalon’s Solution:
To solve this problem, the adsorbents in the VPSA-2 unit need to be replaced. Approximately 84.278 tons of adsorbents were replaced this time. All activated alumina, molecular sieves, ceramic balls, mesh screens and subsequent loading technical services required for this project are provided by Luoyang Jalon Micro-Nano New Materials Co., Ltd.
Project Achievements:
The oxygen concentration has been improved from 37.7% to 91.7%.
Customer’s Evaluations:
“We are highly impressed with the results achieved by Luoyang Jalon Micro-nano New Materials Co., Ltd.
